London Postcards to Colour – Create Your World – 20 Postcards

This is a lovely set of postcards to colour focusing on the city of London.   The cover has some gold foil highlights.   The postcards are glued to the binding making for easy removal.    The cards measure 16cm x 11.5 cm approximately.  The cards are white good quality cardstock.   The line work is black.  On some cards the line work is quite fine.    The back of the card has printed lines for addressing and using.  Personally, I would frame them as I wouldn’t be able to part with them!

The illustrations range from the gates of Buckingham Palace (I think), terrace style houses, a castle, city skyline from the Thames, palace guards, random images,  Big Ben,  Harrods (I think),  bridges and a doodle at the end.     As  you can tell, it’s been a while since I’ve been to London.   I wish there was a legend to identify the landmarks for reference.

All in all, this is a great set.  I would use this as a portable colouring book.    The size is great for carrying around with you and the paper quality means that you can use whatever medium you fancy without risk of bleed.

About the author

I'm Lea and I love everything to do with coloring! If it is a coloring book, a poster or even a bookmark that you can color in, I'm all over it. Of course, a girl has to have some pencils, markers, gelly rolls, pastels and what not to make those pictures pretty and I love those as well.

Whilst my coloring style lacks skill, I am enthusiastic and focused on enjoying the moment and having fun.
