As many readers know I have been absent for a while from the Coloring world. Problems with moving, house renovating, intermittent internet connections and of course family reasons that meant moving back to Sydney from Brisbane for a short time.

When we returned to Brisbane my mail box was full! One of the things that had built up in my absence was the fantastic Colouring Heaven magazine.

This bundle of Colouring Heaven magazines features some amazing artists. Many of these artists have specialist coloring books that are often out of the price range for colorists.

Both Herb Leonhard and Myka Jelina are artists that I have had to exclude from my coloring collection because I haven’t been able to stretch the coloring budget. It was only in late 2018 that I was able to buy some of Myka’s art work (which I’ve loved for so long) when it was on special.

One of the reasons that Colouring Heaven is such a great magazine is because of the pricing. The magazine price which the premium artists makes this publication a lot more affordable to most colorists, even someone like me that has a massive collection but a limited budget.

Each colouring magazine features 40 single pages printed on white paper. The paper is light to medium and is what you expect for a magazine.

Due to the quality of the artists that Colouring Heaven attracts their publilcations often sell out. Although you can pick it up at supermarkets in the UK it is not as readily available worldwide. Americans can often pick up the magazine at Barnes and Noble (but check with your store first). Australians can find it at Big W and sometimes at local newsagents.

The easiest way of assuring you get a copy of each magazine is to buy it directly from the publisher, Anthem Publishing. You can choose to either buy the magazine of your choice from the publisher. However, you should note that they do sell out of issues and do not appear to reprint. You can also subscribe to Colouring Heaven and automatically receive each issue.
