Issue 64 features 40 detailed designs from renowned illustrator, Colin Thompson. Colin has previously created a coloring book known as Colin Thompson's Colouring Book or Colin Thompson's Fantastisches Malbuch (German edition). Colin's colouring book is very difficult to obtain and the Colouring Heaven magazine represents a great opportunity to color his work.

- most designs are very detailed but there are a couple that have white space to add backgrounds and your own effects
- illustrations are well-positioned and centered on the page
- Some illustrations may be too detailed for those with a minor visual or motor impairment. In that case, a magnifying glass or a color wash could be used to color the picture
- dull black line art in greyscale format with shading and texture added
