Coloring Books – New Releases – November – 2017

This post contains affiliate links you can use to purchase the product. If you buy a book using that link, I will receive a small commission. This does not affect the price that you pay. Your support is very much appreciated x

This is  not intended to be an exhaustive list of all coloring books being released. Bear in mind, that there are hundreds and hundreds of books being released every month. I cannot possibly keep up with all of them!

This list of new releases is only books that have taken my fancy, and that I think that you may like as well. Due to the high cost of postage for most readers, this list will usually not include International releases.

Many of these books I will be reviewing as part of my coloring book reviews.

Please also bear in mind that different countries often have different publication dates. Something may be released in the US earlier than in the UK or vice versa.

If you know of a new release that you think I may be interested in leave a comment in the comments area below

Let’s go …..

Enchanted Fairies Coloring Book

This coloring book is due for release in the US at the end of  November.   It is based on the beautiful fantasy art paintings of Josephine Wall.    You can see my review of the Enchanted Fairies Coloring Book here.

Elves in Wonderland Coloring Book

This is the third coloring book by illustrator Marcos Chin in the “Wonderland” series.   You can see my reviews of  Fairies in Wonderland and Mermaids in Wonderland here.   The coloring book is interactive with things to find along the way if you are so inclined.   Sticking with his previous successful format the pages feature both “day” and “night” images.

Legacy: An Off-Color Novella for You to Color

Something different – Chuck Palahniuk author of Fight Club which was made into a movie is publishing his second coloring book novella.   Coloring books with a story are the flavor of the month right now so this hardback is sure to be a hit with Chuck’s fans.   Artists, Steve Morris and Mike Norton provide the illustrations for you to color.

Despicable Me 3 – The Deluxe Colouring Book

Minion Fans rejoice!  Another coloring book for fans just in time for Christmas.    At the time of writing, there is very little information about the book.

The Explorer’s Journey: A Coloring Book to the Ends of the Earth and Beyond

A different coloring book that follows two explorers while they explore two different areas.  Features the art work of David Habben and contains 50 illustrations.

Pages: 108

Treasured Alps, Threatened Alps: Colour, Explore, Protect

One of the most expensive coloring books that I’ve seen!    This coloring book features the art work of Claire Scully and is in a large format with “51 threatened animals, plants, and landscapes of the Alps”.   It is produced by the World Wildlife Foundation, Switzerland.  I assume that the price tag reflects that a proportion of sales will be donated to this cause.

Pages: not known at the time of writing

Beyond Mindfulness: Awakening to Reality

Quotes from Deepak Chopra combined with art designed to help you find your best self.   This new coloring book focuses on the therapeutic aspects of coloring.

Pages: 100

COLOR ME: Yusuke Nakamura Coloring Book (Japanese Edition)

Yusuke Nakamura is a popular Japanese illustrator having sold over 100,000 copies of  his books previously.    This is the first coloring book which features 40 illustrations depicting youthful girls.  Unusually,  this release is in Japanese and not an English imprint as is the usual way.

Available on Amazon here (the price keeps changing – depending on the day I have found it cheaper here)

Happy coloring x

About the author

I'm Lea and I love everything to do with coloring! If it is a coloring book, a poster or even a bookmark that you can color in, I'm all over it. Of course, a girl has to have some pencils, markers, gelly rolls, pastels and what not to make those pictures pretty and I love those as well.

Whilst my coloring style lacks skill, I am enthusiastic and focused on enjoying the moment and having fun.
