Secret Paris Adult Coloring Book
Visual artist, Zoe de Las Cases certainly loves Paris. She has a number of coloring books for adults on this subject. Her Secret Paris adult coloring book is a 96 page adventure of discovering Paris. The book is 25cm square and has a card cover with fold out flaps.
The inside cover flap folds out so you can color the inside and back cover which is a picture of the facade of buildings.
Secret Paris is in story book form meaning the illustrations have all been printed on both sides of the white paper. The paper is quite thick (but not enough to withstand markers).
The illustrations consist of patterns, pictures of food, buildings and the french way of life. There are different levels of intricacy in the images suitable for all skill levels. The outline is generally a fine, black ink. Some images have a very faint black outline which may prove difficult to see if you are visually challenged. Her illustrations always tend to have a hand drawn effect to them without the sharpness of digital enhancement. I prefer the look but some colorists may not.
