Coloring Books – New Releases – October 2016

New releases for October 2016

My monthly round up of new coloring books to be released that I am looking forward to.

October is  going to be a busy month with a lot of new coloring book releases.  All our lovely artists and publishers will be trying to tempt us to do some Quarter 4 spending for the festive season.      In the last quarter of the calendar year we will be enticed to pop something on our wish list for Santa.  My list for Santa is so long …I’m sure he jut laughs every time he reads it!

This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all coloring books being released.   Bear in mind, that there are hundreds and hundreds of books being released every month.   I cannot possibly keep up with all of them!

This list of new releases is only books that have taken my fancy, and that I think that you may like as well.   Due to the high cost of postage for most readers, this list will usually not include International releases.  Many  of these books I will be reviewing as part of my coloring book reviews.    Those books will marked with an ** after the title.

Please also bear in mind that different countries often have different publication dates.    Something may be released in the US earlier than in the UK or vice versa.

If you know of a new release that  you think I may be interested in leave a comment in the comments area below.

About the author

coloringqueen

I'm Lea and I love everything to do with coloring! If it is a coloring book, a poster or even a bookmark that you can color in, I'm all over it. Of course, a girl has to have some pencils, markers, gelly rolls, pastels and what not to make those pictures pretty and I love those as well.

Whilst my coloring style lacks skill, I am enthusiastic and focused on enjoying the moment and having fun.

  • I’m looking forward to the HBO official Game of Thrones coloring book due out October 27. The artwork they’ve previewed is gorgeous. I have the official coloring book based on the books but I always wished it had more characters. My bank account weeps but I love that there are so many great coloring books of great quality coming out.

    • Tons of Games of Thrones fans are going to be super excited about it! I blew my coloring budget on the pretties that I ordered so I had to pass on GOT 🙁 There are so many lovely coloring books coming out pre Christmas that hopefully we all get one from Santa to help save our bank accounts! Happy coloring x
