Rapunzel. Hansel and Gretel. Cinderella. Sleeping Beauty. Snow White. We've known these characters since we were children, but in this elegant new coloring book, these characters are waiting to be brought back to vivid life, through coloring. Based off of the masterpieces of the Brothers Grimm, acclaimed British artist Adam Fisher has created a black and white wonderland just waiting to be filled in.
The tales originally began with "once upon a time," and now The Brothers Grimm Coloring Book: And Other Classic Fairy Tales offers a soothing escape into a world of inspiration and fantasy—where you create your own unexpected and colorful ending!

Brothers Grimm Coloring Book and Other Classic Fairy Tales: Escape into a World of Fantasy and Imagination: Adult Coloring Book Review

The Brothers Grimm coloring book is just the thing if you are a fan of fairy tales you will love this book.

The 8.1 x 0.6 x 8 inches card cover book is packed full of images from your favorite Grimm Brothers and other classic fairy tales.   Each illustration states at the bottom of the drawing the inspiration for the picture.  You will see Thumbelina, Rapunzel, Cinderella, Snow White, Hansel and Gretel amongst others.  It is a pity that there isn’t a table of contents listing the source of the images at the end of the book.   This would make it easier to find your favourite fairy tale.

The line work in most of the images is dark grey although there is an owl in heavy black.

The illustrations are all beautiful and range from simple to more complex designs.

In all the book contains 204 pages and the illustrations are all printed on a single page. The paper is white and good quality, although it is not artist’s grade so you would need to put a piece of paper in between to protect the next image from your coloring.

About the author

coloringqueen

I'm Lea and I love everything to do with coloring! If it is a coloring book, a poster or even a bookmark that you can color in, I'm all over it. Of course, a girl has to have some pencils, markers, gelly rolls, pastels and what not to make those pictures pretty and I love those as well.

Whilst my coloring style lacks skill, I am enthusiastic and focused on enjoying the moment and having fun.
